Glow Up
Meet the Team.
Sweet little Dana Street will celebrate her 170th birthday in 2027.
You can't be 169 yrs old and look this good without professional help.
As the saying goes, good help is hard to find. Thankfully we have a team of dedicated, trusted professionals who put their love and care into keeping Dana Street looking so fresh, at 169.
Say hello to ....
Drew. Our trusted mainteance & grounds guru. A job is never too big, too small or too random for Drew.
Michael. Our carpenter/painter who works weekends just to make sure students and staff get the best spaces possible without interuption. Never says no and always arrives with a smile.
Trev. A plumber and gas heater expert never far away to unblock toilets, repair old, rattly energy guzzling heaters, and still takes my phone calls.
Mick. The electrician who helps keep the lights on. Literally.
Jason. IT guru who always has a solution to our weird and wonderful, ever changing IT needs.
Jono. The mysterious milkman who delivers a sip of sanity every Monday with his reliable milk delivery. Thankyou Jono for your immedate responses to " Milk SOS" , SMS's when milk runs low in the first week back after holidays or during report writing season. He understands the assignment. No milk = No tea or coffee = Many sad faces.

Thank you for answering our calls even when you KNOW it's going to be
A) A random situation B) Need immediate attention.
Every school holidays a gaggle of specialist trades sweep through the school, giving that special glow and refreshed bounce in her step.
Say hello, to some of the trades who helped refresh Dana Street buildings and grounds over the recent holidays.
A team of professional arborists climbed and trimmed the plaground trees in horrid Ballarat weather.
Darryl, the bravest cleaner in the whole world for deep cleaning the student toilets. Give this man a payrise!
The team of removalists (past students) moving furniture ready for new carpets to the office and staffroom.
And Ballarat Groundsworks for installing new fencing behind the footy goals (no picture).

It is an honour to be apart of the team responsible for maintaining Dana Streets Glow into her 170th year.
Lets get ready to party.
What do you get a 170 year old? Asking for a friend.
