Delahey Library
The library transformed into a hub of creativity and craftsmanship as students gathered for a hands-on jewellery pendant-making session. The event, designed to spark artistic expression and provide a relaxing break from studies, saw participants dive into the world of wearable art using cabochons, bezels, and printed paper.
With guidance from a facilitator, students learned how to construct their eye-catching pieces. From swirling patterns and shimmering colours to minimalist elegance, each pendant became a personal expression of style and imagination.
The session offered more than just a lesson in technique—it gave students a chance to unwind, explore a new hobby, and walk away with a beautiful, handmade piece of jewellery. For many, it was their first time working with these materials, but the results were nothing short of stunning.
The library was proud to host this creative event and looks forward to offering more opportunities for students to learn, make, and shine—both academically, artistically and to unwind.
