Chelsea Horvat: Wellbeing

Hi everyone, my name is Chelsea and I am the full-time wellbeing coordinator at the Kings Park campus. As a dedicated school social worker, I am passionate about supporting the well-being and success of every student. With a strong background in a deep understanding of child development, mental health, and family dynamics, I work collaboratively with educators, families, and community partners to address barriers to learning and promote a safe, inclusive school environment. My goal is to empower students to overcome challenges, build resilience, and thrive both academically and personally. I am committed to advocacy, equity, and fostering positive relationships that create lasting change in the lives of young people. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling and watching reality TV.

Angelina Panozzo: Mental Health Practitioner

My name is Angelina and I am the Mental Health Practitioner at Kings Park. I have a strong passion in working with young people. The best thing about working with young people is the enriched lived experience that young people bring to the table and hearing journeys from all walks of life, and being able to further support young people to achieve best outcomes that are in their best interests. Outside of my professional practice, I am an avid guitar player, reader and gamer!

Jane Williamson: Copperfield College Wellbeing Team

I have worked at Copperfield College for 4 years and have enjoyed working across all three campuses. This year I am mostly working at Delahey and managing the Doctors in Schools Program. I enjoy working with senior students and supporting them with their emotional wellbeing and discussing positive pathways and their futures. Prior to Copperfield I have worked at 4 other secondary schools in the western suburbs of Melbourne. I am passionate about Western Chances Scholarships and I apply for our students every year. In my spare time I play netball, tennis and spend time at the beach with my family and friends.
