In our Classrooms

In Art, students have been making flower sculptures out of wire and magic clay. The creations are outstanding, and Kate has been supporting students to create some beautiful work.

Students have also been creating paper flowers to display at a Teddy Bear Picnic organised by a local community group for young children affected by the Harcourt fires. Local art teachers were asked if students could help make giant flowers to decorate the hall where the picnic will be held, helping to create a bright and colourful space for the children and teddy bears attending the event.

In 2/3, students have been learning about space and have been working hard on posters and sculptures about Mars. They were excited to share their learning and some of the interesting facts they have learned along the way.
