Upcoming Musical Events

On Tuesday 18th August, our Senior Stage Band will be performing at The Lions Club of Sebastopol's School Bands Extravaganza.  

This community event has been running for some years now and raises important funds for the Ballarat Day Oncology Unit.  It is also a wonderful opportunity for schools to showcase their performing ensembles to a wider audience.

On Saturday 12th September, Whizbang will be holding its 26th Anniversary in the Robinson Centre Theatre at 2pm.

The concert will feature a bracket by the current line up followed by a combined alumni performance reprising tunes from the band's history.

All previous members of the Band are invited to attend and take part.  In preparation for the event, people should make contact with Bryn Hills at bryn.hills@education.vic.gov.au

Attendees are welcome to nominate songs for the historical bracket; the entire repertoire is on the Ballarat High School website
