Sustainability and Recycling

We spent some time this week using resources that we have had in the back cupboards for a long period of time that the educators didn’t know what to do with. The children were challenged to think of creative ways to utilise these resources. Students came up with various ideas to make use of the paper plates and paper tubes. This open-ended activity encouraged imagination, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, while giving the children the opportunity to take ownership of their creations and experiment with different uses for everyday materials. Along with this, the kids have been actively taking part in taking care of our mini garden at our service!

Easter Activities

The children have been enthusiastically engaging in a range of Easter activities throughout the week. They enjoyed creating colourful Easter egg banners and designing their own Easter cards, expressing their creativity through a variety of materials and decorations. The Easter egg hunt around the room is in full swing, bringing excitement and encouraging active participation as children eagerly search for hidden eggs. Over the coming days, the children will continue to take part in themed experiences, including egg decorating and creating their own Easter baskets. These activities provide opportunities for creativity, fine motor development, and shared enjoyment as part of the Easter celebrations.
