Compliance Review – Excellent News!
We are delighted to share that on Wednesday, 18th March, Marita, our VRQA reviewer, was very impressed with Sacred Heart! She praised our excellent teaching and learning, welcoming classrooms, and the positive, engaging culture across the school.
A huge thank you to all our dedicated staff and amazing students – your hard work, organisation, and dedication made this achievement possible.

Ride & Walk to School Day🚶♀️🚲
Sacred Heart proudly participated in Ride & Walk to School Day today, joining schools across Victoria in promoting active, healthy and sustainable ways to travel to school.
There was a wonderful buzz at the school gates this morning as students arrived walking, riding, and scooting with big smiles. The excitement continued with fruit and stickers handed out on arrival, making it a fun and great start to the day.
We extend our sincere thanks to Darebin City Council for their generous support and for providing gifts for our students. Initiatives like this play an important role in encouraging lifelong healthy habits and caring for our environment.

Sister Adel Howard
Come along to Sacred Heart Church on Wednesday, 25th March at 7:00 PM to hear Sister Adel Howard speak about the spirituality of Indigenous people and their deep connection to the environment.
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn, reflect, and celebrate the rich traditions and wisdom of Indigenous culture.
🏀Warriors Basketball Club
I received an email inviting us to join the Warriors Basketball Club, which is welcoming new players. Learn basketball skills, make friends, and have fun! Training is just 1 hour on a weeknight with 1 hour games on Saturdays. Inclusive, community focused, and perfect for kids aged 6–17, including Sacred Heart Primary students.

Enrolments Open – Foundation 2027
Enrolments for Foundation 2027 are now open! We already have confirmed places and look forward to welcoming new families to our Sacred Heart community.
If you know families starting school in 2027, please encourage them to book a tour.
