THIS WILL BE A MOBILE PHONE-FREE EVENT.

Mobile phones will not be permitted to be taken into the hall.

Our PFA will be assigned various supervision tasks throughout the evening. We kindly ask parents to drop their children off at 6:30 p.m. and return to collect them at 8:00 p.m. sharp.

Our Disco is open only to children in Years Prep-6. The cost is $10.00 per child ($15 per family), payable at the door on the night. Once inside, children will not be permitted to leave the hall until they are collected by their parents at the conclusion.

Our always-popular Candy Corner will be open, where children can purchase goodies such as drinks, snacks, and glow sticks!

Our School Disco is always a popular event on the calendar, and this year will be no exception!

Next Wednesday, October 14th, our children will participate in Corpus Christi Italian Day.

This is an exciting day when we, as a school community, will celebrate all things Italian. The children will participate in four special activities they selected during their Italian lessons.

As a part of the celebrations, our wonderful PFA is organising a special lunch for the children. Order forms were sent home yesterday with each child. Please make sure these are completed and returned by this Friday 9th October.

To enhance the atmosphere, we would love for the children to come to school dressed in something that reflects Italian culture. In the past, we have been graced with the presence of soccer players, an ancient Roman soldier, a pizza chef, and even a special visit from a mini Pinocchio. Colours that represent a nation or a flag (red, white, and green for Italy) can also make a colourful costume.

All families are invited ot stay for our traditional Italian Parade at 9:10am.

Year 5/6 Camp

On Wednesday 21st October, our Year 5 and 6 students for 2026 will head off to Camp Marysville for 3 days and 2 nights.

The aim of our camping program is to provide opportunities within the context of our Catholic principles and values that:

  • Develop deeper learning, confidence, independence, responsibility and sense of community
  • Promotes self-esteem, resilience, resourcefulness and leadership
  • Extends learning beyond the classroom
  • Provides opportunities to explore different environmental settings
  • Develops an appreciation of the wonder of the world
  • Enhances physical, social and emotional growth
  • Promotes growth of relationships

Children will partciapte in activities such as Canoeing, Bouldering, Giants Ladder and Archery, just to name a few.

Miss Andrea Rodriguez, Miss Kaitlin Ferris, Mrs Veronica Tweedly, Mr Dan Palanca and Miss Jess Kenny will accompany the children.  We thank these teachers in advance for giving up their time and we hope all campers have a wonderful experience.
