Book Week Parade 2025

Peakhurst Public School is thrilled to welcome families and friends to our annual 

Book Parade!

When: Wednesday, 20th August (Week 5)

Time: 9:30am – 10:30am (approximately)

Where: Lower A Cola (outside the Library)

Who: All students from Kindergarten to Year 6

Last year, we had an incredible turnout, with students from across the school dressing up as their favourite book characters - and we’d love to see even more creativity and colour this year!

Cost: Gold coin donation. We kindly ask students who participate in the parade to please donate a gold coin for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation.

Thank you for visiting the Book Fair last week during Education Week!

Collectively, our sales totalled a massive $8171.43! Thank you all so, so much for coming along and contributing to the Book Fair. Peakhurst Public School will receive $1634 from the total sales, and this will be used to expand our collection of quality texts for our students to enjoy.
