Dear St Agnes’ Families,

Sadly, cancer touches all of us in some way during our lives.

Inspired by this shared experience, St Agnes’ is proud to once again host our

Annual Biggest Morning Tea in support of the Cancer Council.

This year marks our 10th Morning Tea, and we warmly invite all parents, carers, grandparents and younger siblings to join us:

🗓 Thursday, 28th May

🕥 10:15am – 11:00am

📍 St Agnes’ Hall

Bring along your morning tea and enjoy recess together with our school community.

This year, our theme is “From Dreams to Hope — Together We Can Make a Difference.”

Our focus is on celebrating our dreams while raising hope for those who need it most.

Every cup we share helps make a difference.

“From dreams to hope” reminds us that:

  • Our dreams can inspire kindness and action
  • Small acts, like sharing a morning tea, can create hope for others
  • Spending time together allows us to remember and celebrate special memories with those around us

Together, we can support people affected by cancer while gently encouraging our children to recognise how fortunate they are and that their small acts of kindness bring happiness to those around them.

We encourage all to wear a touch of gold or yellow (e.g. gold socks, ribbons) to show their support.

For those that can make it, we look forward to having a cuppa with you on Thursday 28th May, from 10:15am to 11:00am

Every cuppa makes a difference

With thanks,Melinda Pyland and SRC Captains!
