Visual Arts - Claudia FA (“Be a Learner”) Claudia demonstrated all of the attributes of a fantastic learner in art. She was enthusiastic, polite, listened to instructions and tried her hardest! Congratulations Claudia and well done!
Performing Arts - Obed 3A (“Be a leaner”)for consistently showing integrity and pride in his Performing Arts lessons and in Choir rehearsals. Well done for being an excellent role model to your peers and showing bravery with your singing voice for others to hear. Keep up the good work!
6A - Arabella Arabella has shown incredible resilience this past week. She has chosen to come to school most days, even when she has felt unsure about her learning or the changes happening in our sessions. I am so proud of the effort she has put in — you are a superstar, Arabella!
6C - Rhys for being an outstanding Peer Mediator Leader who works closely with teachers and peers to create a more positive and supportive school environment.
5A - Viraj (Be Respectful) for consistently listening to instructions and approaching his learning with focus and care. He is always willing to help others and contributes positively to the classroom. Viraj is a valued asset to 5A—keep up the good work, well done!
5B - Beverly (Be a learner) for constantly listening to instructions and being engaged during whole class learning. She is always on task and completing the task to the best of her ability and to a high standard. Well done on a great start to Year 5 Beverly!
5C - Marvelle (Be a Learner) for consistently recording his thinking and learning about his home reading in his diary. As a learner he is always keen to improve his skills and share his newly learnt knowledge. Well Done!
4A - Alaa (Be Respectful) for consistently upholding our School Value of Respect through her words and actions. Alaa displays kindness and friendliness toward new students and teachers as she warmly welcomed them to our DPW school community over the past few weeks. What a wonderful example you set Alaa!
4B - Zoe Manifavas (Be a Learner) for her incredible start to Year 4 this year. She consistently shows commitment to her learning, always tries her best, and approaches every task with a positive attitude. She is kind and courteous to others, actively contributes to class discussions, and completes her work to a fantastic standard. Amazing job, Zoe!
4C - Hafsa (Be a Learner) This award is for consistently showing resilience in her learning. Hafsa always tries her best and when she is stuck in the learning pit, she uses her strategies to climb out. Great work, Hafsa!
3B - Tuma (Be Respectful) for her dedication to demonstrating the school values and expected behaviours at all times. Tuma is a role model for all students in 3B and goes out of her way to help her classmates and teachers. Keep up the fantastic work, Tuma!
1C - Hussain (Be a Learner) Hussain has settled well into the routines of Year 1 and has grown in confidence when sharing his ideas. He is always ready to learn and shows whole body listening. Well done Hussain!
FA - Johanna (Be a Learner) is learning to settle into Foundation with enthusiasm. She showed eagerness to learn and always tried her best to follow new routines. Well done Johanna!
FC - Peka (Be a Learner) Peka has settled into school so wonderfully and should be very proud of herself. She listens carefully, follows instructions the first time, and approaches all tasks with a positive attitude. I am so pleased with the way she has started the year!
