Dear Parents,

Welcome back to Term 4. We hope you have been able to have a chance to relax and reset, and you are returning to school life feeling refreshed and renewed. Term 4 will be busy as we attempt to ensure all key learning areas are covered and to help ensure an effective transition to Year 7. As we are hopefully over the cold and wet weather, it might also provide each of us with an opportunity to renew our enthusiasm for some outdoor activity (teachers included!).

We also remind families that students are expected to be in the correct uniform at all times. Runners are part of sports uniform only, and may only be worn on the designated sports days unless otherwise notified. If your child has ALL BLACK runners they may wear them each day. Teachers have begun to again notice an increase in students coming to school wearing inappropriate uniforms (including socks and jewellery). Please remind your child of our school expectations around these. Should you have any concerns regarding uniform, please contact your child's classroom teacher.

Hats must be worn for outside activities during Term 4. Sports uniform days in Term 4: Monday and Friday.

We wish Holly Ryan all the best as she begins her maternity leave. We welcome Deminda McMaster, who will be taking Holly's class for the remainder of the year.
