St Joseph’s Primary School Art Show
Wednesday 21st October 5pm - 7:30
We look forward to welcoming families to our 2026 Art Show. The Art Show is a celebration of the arts and our school’s major fundraiser for the year. This year our theme is ‘Iconic Artists’. Students are invited to wear casual clothes for the evening with a hint of sparkle!
Please arrive by 5pm, as we will begin the evening with our official opening and whole school welcome songs. Families can then explore the children’s artwork, Art in the Dark and our silent auction items. Take your time, enjoy dinner with friends and family, there will be food trucks and even an ice cream cart for dessert!
Artworks will remain on display for Grandparents Day on Friday 23rd October. Student individual artworks will remain on display until the second-last week of the school year, before being sent home in their Visual Arts folios.
This year our fundraising initiatives include the silent auction of class collaborative art works, a carefully curated silent auction of creative products and the much anticipated Art in the Dark!

I would like to thank Mr Butler, Mrs Marinelli, Lynnette, all our classroom teachers, our amazing Art Captains and our incredible team of parents who are helping behind the scenes to make this a wonderful evening. Thank you Fleur D, Angela N, Angela L, Jess G, Nicole R and Annie K for all of the time and effort you are putting into this event.
I would also like to congratulate and thank Hugo in Year 1MJ for his drawing of Claude Monet which is featured on our invitation. This invitation will be sent to our local kindergartens. Thank you to Niki for all of your hard work with our kinder partnerships. Niki and I have been busy creating art works with the kinder Four Year Old Groups and these art works will be displayed at our art show!
