Teaching and Learning 

The Term 3 Curriculum Committee has been working hard this term overseeing so many exciting events! 

As well as announcing the 50, 100 and 150 nights of reading certificates and prizes at Assembly each fortnight, the Curriculum Committee also makes regular appearances on Morning Message reminding students to keep up their reading at home.

Current events that the Curriculum Committee are advertising include:

• Premier’s Reading Challenge 

  This closes on Friday 4th September. Only 3 weeks left to log any books read via the website! 

• Book Week - Symphony of Stories! 

Excitement is building for our annual Book Week Parade, happening at assembly, 2:45pm, Friday 28th August. This year the Curriculum Committee has designed special awards for ‘best dressed’ in each year level, with bonus points for costumes based on a book! We’re looking forward to seeing everyone’s costumes next Friday!
