Occupational Health & Safety
~to protect the health, safety and welfare of employees~

The OH&S Committee meets twice per term. The composition includes the elected HSR and Deputy HSR, representatives from each sub-school, a rep from Admin/Therapy, the Principal, Assistant Principals and the OH&S Manager Nominee.

Playground supervision is a shared responsibility.Staff are expected to actively position themselves to maintain full visibility of all students and each other at all times. Using a triangle supervision model ensures there are no blind spots, no isolated areas, and no gaps in coverage. Supervision must be direct and active—students should never be unsupervised or monitored from inside buildings. By moving, scanning, and maintaining clear lines of sight, we create a safe, responsive, and well-supported environment for every student.
Consent Forms will be available in Term 2/Week 3 (see Fiona)
