Range Reviews – Reach Out Early

The APF is aware that the Merit Protection Boards (MPB) are seeing an increase in disputes relating to ES Range Reviews.

It is important that members understand the process, the evidence required and their options if a review outcome is disputed.

If you have recently had a Range Review decision questioned, challenged or disputed, or you have concerns about how the process is being managed, we strongly encourage you to contact the APF as early as possible.

The APF can provide advice and support to members in understanding the relevant process, preparing documentation and responding to matters that may proceed to the MPB.

For more information about responding to a grievance seehere. Please don’t wait until the matter has progressed. Early advice can make a significant difference.
