We encourage every principal and assistant principal to complete the 2026 Australian School Leader Occupational Health & Wellbeing Survey. The survey is now live and open to all school leaders nationally. Your responses contribute to a respected, independent longitudinal study led that has shaped media, policy and sector action for more than a decade.

The survey is open to all school leaders, not only principals. By participating, school leaders receive an individualised report providing feedback on their job-related health and wellbeing and allowing them to track changes over time.
