Dear RMPS Community,

✨ Robbie Mac Twilight Fair & Fireworks – Only 16 Weeks To Go! ✨

The countdown is on–there are just 16 weeks until the Robbie Mac Twilight Fair  & Fireworks!

Over the coming weeks we’ll be sharing lots more details with parents, carers and families about what to expect in the lead‑up to, and on the day of, the Fair. This will include:

✅ What goods we need donated for stalls and when

✅ Requests to loan equipment

✅ Ride wristband information

✅ Signing up to help on stalls

✅ A sneak peek at the food, entertainment and stalls on offer on the day

✅ How to bid on our ever-popular silent auction

✅ And much more…

We’ll also be reaching out soon to our wonderful class reps, as we’ll need some extra help coordinating things behind the scenes.

🌿 Get Involved Now!

We’re on the lookout for more helpers with special talents:

• Jam makers and green thumbs – Now’s the time to start making those preserves or growing goodies for our popular produce stall.
• Face painters – We have one very talented parent taking on the running of this stall and we need to ensure we have enough of a team to support her to make it a huge success and manageable. Interested or feel like taking on the creative challenge? Email: robbiemacfair@gmail.com
• DJ hobbyist – We’re looking for someone who enjoys DJ-ing as a hobby to help out with the entertainment.
