Term 3 2026 - Volunteers Required 

A big thank you to the term 2 2026 canteen volunteers who assisted in the canteen.    

We are still need a few of more volunteers to assist the canteen in term 3.  The canteen will not be able to operate weekly  in term 3 if we do not get a few more people to assist.  The main requirments are heating food, packaging food and distributing food.  There are no major skill requirements and it's usually a fun time chatting other parents whilst ensuring our students can enjoy a canteen lunch order on a Friday.  

We are seeking volunteers for the following shifts:

31st July 11.00am - 2.00pm shift - 1 volunteer required

14th August 11.00am - 2.00pm shift - 2  volunteers required

21st August  8.30am - 11.00am shift - 1 volunteer required

21st August 11.00am - 2.00pm shift - 1 volunteer required

4th September 11.00am - 2.00pm shift - 1 volunteer required

11th September 11.00am - 2.00pm shift - 2 volunteers required

Please contact the office if you can assist, even if it is just for one shift per term.

St Simon's Canteen

The St Simon's Canteen is open every Friday unless otherwise specified.   Orders can be placed using the Quickcliq online ordering system here.

IMPORTANT: 

ALL CURRENT FAMILIES NEED TO UPDATE THEIR CHILD'S CLASS\HOMEROOM IN QUICKCLIQ TO REFLECT THE 2026 SCHOOL YEAR. 

THIS WILL ENSURE YOUR CHILD'S ORDER GETS DELIVERED TO THEIR 2026 CLASSROOM.

If you are new to QuickCliq, please view the instructions below on how to create an account and place an order. 

A few reminders -

• Please ensure your order is in by 10am on Wednesday morning. If you place an order after this time, the order will automatically be placed for the following week (so please double check the dates). 
• Please ensure you receive a confirmation email after placing your order to confirm your child's order has been submitted correctly.
• No cash orders.
• No late orders can be accepted.
• Please ensure your child's class is updated on Quickcliq to ensure their lunch is delivered to the correct classroom.
• If you have placed an order for your child and they are away on Friday, please email your child's name and class to canteen@ssrowville.catholic.edu.au before 9am on Friday so they can cancel your order and you will receive a refund.
• If you miss the 9am cancelling cut off on Friday you may contact the office and organise to collect your child's lunch from the school after 1.15pm. 
• All canteen volunteers require a valid Working with Children's Card and a signed Code of Conduct.  
• Please note due Occupational Health and Safety, pre-school aged siblings are not allowed to be onsite during canteen duty.
