Leadership Report

Dear Families,

Welcome to the 2026 school year at Magill School! I am genuinely excited for the year ahead and all the wonderful experiences that await our students, staff, and families. This is always an uplifting time as we embark on a new journey together, filled with possibility and growth.

A special welcome to our new Reception students and all other students and families who are joining the Magill community for the first time. We are delighted you are here and look forward to supporting you as you settle into our vibrant school.

We are also pleased to welcome our new teaching staff, James Pritchard and  Rommi Clark, who bring enthusiasm and valuable experience to our team. Please introduce yourselves as you see James and Rommi around the school.

Thank you to everyone for your patience and support as we transition to the new Community Portal (Frog Go) for class-based communication. While there may be some early teething issues, we are confident this will enhance the way we share information and connect as a school community.

A reminder that our Acquaintance Night and the School AGM will be held on Wednesday, 11th February. This is an excellent opportunity to meet your child’s teachers, hear about the year ahead, and learn more about how you can be involved at Magill. We hope to see as many families as possible.
