SACSA Basketball
This week our Year 5/6 girls and Year 5/6 boys represented Pilgrim wonderfully at the SACSA Basketball Carnivals. The girls team comprised of Sienna B, Sienna V, Piper, Emilia, Meha, Emilie and Charlize. We were fortunate to have enough boys to enter two teams in the Carnival. The boys teams comprised of Ethan, Christian, Archer, Levi, Eli, Zachary, Liam, Lucas, Rafiki, Max, Koah, Malachi, Joshua and Jacob.
The teams showed great teamwork, determination and school spirit throughout the day. They gave their best effort in every game, learning to communicate and support one another both on and off the court.
They had a lot of fun playing together and displayed fantastic sportsmanship against some strong competition. It was great to see their skills and confidence grow with each match. Well done to all players for their effort, positive attitude and enthusiasm – you made Pilgrim proud!

Pedal Prix
Congratulations to our Campus Tornadoes Pedal Prix team for a fabulous final race at Murray Bridge at the end of last term. The 3 day event was full of excitement, challenges, community, amazing food and very little sleep! Racing over 24 hours meant that the riders were able to experience lights on for night racing and camping out at the track.
Pedal Prix is available for students Year 5 and up. If you are interested in learning more about joining Pedal Prix for 2026 we have a short assembly on Thursday 14th November for our Year 4 - 6 students, a Come and Try session on the afternoon of Sunday 23rd November and a parent information session in Week 1 of 2026. Further details will be available for all of these sessions or contact Megan Loffler at Campuspedalprix@gmail.com
You can continue to support our fundraising efforts at the Pilgrim Family Picnic BBQ on Friday 14th November, the Aberfoyle Park Community Market the following day, Saturday 15th November and our famous carwash on Sunday 30th November at our major sponsor Dominos Aberfoyle Park store carpark.
