Parent's Club are very grateful for all the support we received from our volunteers for events this year. The school disco was an absolute blast and we look forward to more exciting events ahead! We took a chance with a late submission and have now been lucky enough to be allocated a spot to host a Bunnings BBQ fundraiser at the Altona Bunnings at Miller Junction on Sunday 25th August.
This is a great opportunity for the Parent's Club to generate some well needed fundraising revenue as well as being a great way to build community connections, support our school and have a good time along the way. Come and volunteer if you can or just say hello and buy a snag!
There are still a few shifts needing volunteers to help us run the BBQ on the day.
If you are able to help out, please click on the link below and sign up for the shifts available.
What's involved?
Friday 30th August (after Assembly)
A Father’s Day Sausage Sizzle to celebrate our amazing dads coming in mid Term 3. Pop in your diaries - stay tuned for more information!
Friday 20th September (last day of Term 3).
Term 3's Bake & Second Hand Uniform Sale will be taking place again at the end of term. We’d love to encourage more gluten free and savoury pastry options as well! More info to come!
Friday 14th November 2025.
Parents' Club is looking for a team of parents to help plan the school Fete. If you have experience with organising one in the past, please contact Parents’ Club with any tips and recommendations to make this event the best it can be.
We require 3 x LEAD volunteers and at least 8 x sub committee members to take on different tasks.
PLEASE NOTE - If we do not receive enough parents volunteers by the end of Term 3 unfortunately we will not be able to go ahead with the fete in 2025.
All meetings will be held in the MPR at 7pm unless otherwise stated. All parents & carers are welcome to attend. Each meeting will have a ZOOM link available to participate from home if you cannot make the meeting in person, please check Compass for the link.
• Wednesday 28th August
• Wednesday 23rd October
• Tuesday 19th November
We encourage you to register as a Parent Club member (registration forms available from front office - it is a DET requirement that forms are hard copy) so that you can have a formal vote on matters as needed at our general meetings.
