Grade 4

Term 2 has gotten off to a terrific start. Well done to all of the students who have settled back into the classroom and had a great start to the term. We have continued to engage in our Friendology program and will continue to have this as a focus for the remainder of the year.
We would like to congratulate the Grade 4 students on their efforts at Cross Country this week. It was wonderful to see the students putting in their best.
During English, we have been learning about Information reports. Students have been engaged in researching planets and have been doing a wonderful job of writing their Information Reports. It has been great to see a high level of enthusiasm for this task.
Math lessons have given the students the opportunity to investigate and apply their knowledge of fractions and decimals. They have identified the relationship between decimals and fractions as well as representing fractions and decimals in multiple ways.
We are incredibly proud of the behaviour of our students during this week's ANZAC ceremony. It was wonderful to see students engaging in the ceremony and asking questions around this commemoration.
The Grade 4 team.
