Designed by Multiplex women, Jump Start is a series of programs aimed at encouraging women into construction, using our projects as platforms for education and inspiration. 

🎯 Who is it for?

We have tailored Jump Start programs for girls in Year 10. This program offers a unique chance to join a Multiplex delivery team in various activities, including site walks, mentoring sessions, interactive workshops, panel discussions, and more. Our goal is to provide you with real insight into the construction industry and its diverse range of fulfilling careers, from project management to trades.
