The SKiPPS Fete is just days away, and the excitement around our school is building!

🙌 Volunteer & Win

VOLUNTEER

It’s not too late to sign up for a volunteer slot to help things run smoothly on the day.

Congratulations to Lillian Rudd, the winner of our Volunteer Prize Hamper for signing up early — thank you for helping make the fete possible!

At the moment only around 50% of volunteer spots have been filled, and we still need plenty of help — particularly later in the afternoon.

There are 150 volunteer slots in total, which works out to roughly one slot per family, so if you can spare just one hour on Saturday it will make a big difference.

🎟️ BUY YOUR ‘TICKET TO RIDE’

BUY YOUR ‘TICKET TO RIDE’ WRISTBAND 

Ride wristbands give you unlimited rides all day long.

You can pre‑purchase a wristband for $40 until 5pm this Thursday. Pre‑purchased wristbands will be sent home in children’s school bags on Friday.

Wristbands ($45) and single ride tickets ($10) will also be available to purchase on the day.

Concession card holders can purchase discounted wristbands for $25 directly from the school office by showing their concession card at the time of purchase.

🥮CAKE STALL 

We’re looking for slices, biscuits, cupcakes, larger cakes, or anything you and your kids would love to eat for this year’s cake stall.

Please drop off your baked goodies to the Kitchen Garden Room: 

• Friday 13 March (afternoon) 
• Saturday 14 March (Fete morning)

🧸SECONDHAND STALL

We’re collecting clean, good‑quality items suitable for primary school‑aged children for the secondhand stall.

Our final collection date is Friday 13 March (the day before the fete).

Drop‑off location: near the sandpit

Times: 

• 8:30–9:00am 
•  3:30–4:00pm

🎯MARKET STALL DONATIONS

We’re still accepting donations for our market stalls, including:

• Beads 
• Charms & small toys 
• Tattoos 
• Face gems 
• Hair feathers 
• Chocolate 
• Bags of lollies

Donations can be placed in the tub at the School Office right up until Friday afternoon.

FOOD & DRINK

There will be plenty of food and drink options available throughout the day.

• Coffee cart (morning only) 

• Licensed bar area (12–6pm)

   

Please bring a reusable cup for coffee or the bar.

Our beautiful drinking fountains will also be running all day to keep everyone hydrated.

Our Silent Auction is now live, featuring a fantastic range of prizes donated by our generous community and local businesses.
