Graduation Dinner & Staff & Family Leaving Gifts

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful St Mel’s Social Club for their generosity and continued support throughout the year.

They kindly supplied pizza and drinks for our Year 6 Graduation Picnic Dinner, helping make the celebration memorable for our students and families. The Social Club also provided farewell gifts for our staff and families who are leaving St Mel’s, a thoughtful gesture deeply appreciated by our community.

Thank you for everything you have done to support our school in 2054. Your commitment, kindness, and hard work make a real difference.

Dear Families,

Throughout the year, our Social Club organises events that raise funds and enrich your child’s school experience. Attached is a copy of this year’s event roster, and we would love your support!

As a small team, we rely on the generosity of our school community. Please take a moment to review the event list and consider volunteering. Your help—no matter how big or small—makes a real difference!

To get involved, simply fill out the form, indicating the event(s) you’d like to assist with and circling any roles you’re interested in. Return your completed form to the school office as soon as possible. We’ll be in touch with more details.

A reminder, volunteers need to complete all requirements for volunteering for any role that is undertaken in the presence of children and / or young people or where children and/or young people are reasonably expected to be present. Further details can be located on our school website or by contacting our School Administration Office.
