Neurodiversity Week and Harmony Week

During Week 8 (17-21 March 2025) ACS will be celebrating Neurodiversity Week and Harmony Week.

is an annual event dedicated to raising awareness about neurodiversity, promoting acceptance, and celebrating the differences in how people think, learn, and process information. The week aims to highlight and support individuals with various neurological conditions, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and others. It encourages inclusion, understanding, and respect for people with different neurological profiles.

is the celebration that recognises our diversity and brings together Australians from all different backgrounds. It’s about inclusiveness, respect, and a sense of belonging for everyone.

Students will participate in activities throughout the week and are encouraged to wear a 'touch of orange' on Harmony Day (Friday 21st March) - ribbons, socks, arm bands - but remain in school uniform.
