Ciao a tutti,

Wow, what a wonderful term for learning in Italiano! From making leaf family portraits to learning all about le maschere di Carnevale, we have explored all of the different ways people connect to their communities through language and culture. We concluded our Italian lessons this term by sharing in a most requested, favourite Pasqua (Easter) sweet treat, La Colomba!

Next term, we will explore our connection to place by learning about the Italian names (nouns) for different animals and the environments they live in. How exciting!
