Student Medical Updates
If your child/ren have any new changes to allergies, food intolerances or medical conditions please email Laura Verna at office@sgreservoir.catholic.edu.au as soon as possible. This will ensure your child is safe and all staff are informed of your child’s needs.
Absences
Dear Families,
For student absences please phone 9469 3415 and select student absence (1) or email office@sgreservoir.catholic.edu.au Please note that if your child is away for more than 4 days we require a medical certificate.
Centrepay
St Gabriel’s is now connected to Centrelink's - Centrepay. If you hold a Health Care Card or are receiving payments from Centrelink you may opt to pay your school fees through Centrepay. Our details are below, information and instructions are available here:

Friday Subway Lunch Orders!
Subway Preston West and Canteen Hub are very pleased to be able to offer the Subs For You School Lunch Program at St Gabriel's Primary School.
- Place your order by 1.00am, the Friday of the order
- Please register at canteenhub.com.au

- If you need to cancel your order this can be done via canteenhub.com.au under your profile up to the order cut-off time.

Wedesday Lunch Mums!
Lunch orders are available every Wednesdaythrough LunchMums.
Ordering is done through My School Connect, https://myschoolconnect.com.au/ Ordering can be done in advance and up until the night before and you can find the 2024 menu online.

Student Birthdays
IT’S YOUR BIRTHDAY
YOU CAN WEAR CASUAL CLOTHES!!
We want everyone to know it's your special day.
With childhood food allergies are on the rise. We ask children to not share food items, as some items may have a trace of an allergen. For birthday celebrations we ask that only Lolly bags that contain wrapped lollies may be distributed at the end of the day for parent discretion. Cakes are unable to be shared at school to ensure safety for all.
