I hope you have all been keeping warm in the cold weather this week!

It's been lovely meeting with some of you in the past few weeks, if you ever have a questions or would like some support around accessing or understanding the NDIS, please feel free to call the office and book a time to meet with me, or pop your head into the Family Support office on a Wednesday or Thursday, I would love to help where I can!

NDIS Updates

There have been a few changes recently in the NDIS around 'Short Term Accommodation'.

The phrase 'Short Term Accommodation' has been changed to 'Short Term Respite', and some of the guidelines have been tightened in this area, including that Short Term Respite can no longer be used out of state, or for things like cruises.
