Student Resource Scheme - Outstanding Fees Reminder

We remind all parents and caregivers that any outstanding fees associated with the Student Resource Scheme must be finalised promptly. Where full payment is not immediately possible, a financial payment plan must be established with the school.

Please note that access to additional, non-essential school activities—such as Gala Days, cohort camps, and excursions—may be impacted where outstanding fees remain unpaid and no payment plan is in place. These activities often incur external costs that are paid in advance by the school to secure student participation.

We understand that families may experience financial difficulty. If this applies to you, we strongly encourage you to contact the school’s finance team to discuss flexible payment plans and tailored options. Our goal is to support every student to access the full range of educational opportunities available.

We also remind our community that all communication with school staff must remain respectful. Escalated or aggressive behaviour regarding financial matters will not be tolerated. As key partners in your child’s education, we ask that all parents work collaboratively with the school to meet these obligations.
