Drama Club Fundraiser

In Week 6, SJPPS Drama Club held a fundraiser to buy costumes and props for our performance of Peter Pan scheduled for Term 4. 

The 'Dress as Pirates and Fairies' fundraiser was a huge success, with many students and teachers from Preschool to Year 6 embracing the opportunity to dress up for the day. 

On behalf of our Drama Club, I would like to thank students and their families for their support and generous donations. We raised an amazing $270.05 on the day and we will be able to purchase some excellent costumes and props for the show. 

Our Drama Club continues to grow each year. The students involved in our cast and crew develop strong collaboration and communication skills and demonstrate a high level of creativity, ability problem-solving and perseverance. Their hard work each week ensures that we have a production to be proud of. For the first time, a team of Drama Club students have even written the script for the show!
