International Student Update

Semester 2 2026 ISP student's tuition fee invoice -2nd instalment due on 01 June 2026
Semester 2 tuition fee invoice has been distributed to all the parents from IEPD (International Education Partnership Division) of DET during the Term1 school holiday. This is earlier than previous years, and they have given parents the option to pay in 2 instalments on 01/05/2026 and 01/06/2026.
Payment Instructions
- Payment options: please read the ‘Payment Options’ instructions on page 2 of the invoice for accepted payment methods.
- Identify your payment: always include your unique ‘Ref’ when paying to help us match the payment to the student. If you don’t write the ‘Ref’ number in the payment details, your payment might be delayed.
- Separate payments: please make separate payments for each student, if paying for more than one student or invoice, using each invoice’s unique ‘Ref’ numbers.
- Please Pay to the account of the Department of Education.

Term 2 ISP Student Homestay Fee Invoice and 2026 First Round VCAA Payment
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all parents for your support and cooperation. We are pleased to advise that all Term 2 ISP Homestay fees have now been received. The school will continue to transfer payments to host families fortnightly in advance, in accordance with the homestay payment schedule.
We also appreciate parents’ prompt payment of the 2026 first round VCAA fees. The school will consolidate all received payments and transfer them to the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA).
We would also like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks to our College Business Managers and Accounts Receivable staff for their ongoing support and efficient work in processing these payments.
