Welcome Back!

Welcome to Term 3! We hope you all had an enjoyable mid-year break and are looking forward to the second semester. Heading into the new term, we ask that all students are prepared with the necessary items for them to actively participate in each class and that they are wearing correct uniform. Don't forget to check in regularly with our Term Planner, located at the rear of each issue, for important upcoming dates.

During the break, the remodel of Room 5 (located next to the rear Staff Room) has almost reached completion. This space is now a multi-functional shared work space for staff and students. We also had the Gym and Drama Centre floors resurfaced and they are once again looking fabulous! We ask that students please respect the work that has gone into improving and maintaining our fantastic learning spaces. We are incredibly fortunate to have such excellent facilities and we need to ensure that we continue to look after them.

Despite this term being slightly shorter, we have many exciting and interesting events and opportunities coming up, including our Senior Formal this Friday for our Year 10, 11 and 12 students, next Monday's Ag Science excursion to Sheepvention in Hamilton, our bi-annual Debutante Ball and also the Outdoor Ed camp to Torquay/Anglesea. We wish all students the best of luck for what is sure to be another busy term.
