    International friendship day is celebrated on the 30th of July

We thank you for the blessing of friends who love us, who share our joys and sorrows, who laugh with us in celebration, and who need us as we need them. We thank you for the friends who give us the freedom to be ourselves. Help us to always be a friend to others, no matter who they are.

Grandparents Mass Celebration

Last Friday, the St Fidelis' school community celebrated Grandparents' Day with mass. This celebration was to give thanks to all our grandparents past and present.  The children and their grandparents gathered in the church to reflect, acknowledge and pray for their grandparents.The day continued with the grandparents engaging in fun learning with their grandchildren. We concluded with a beautiful morning tea provided by the Parents and Friends. We extend our thanks to all who participated in this special event.     

Eucharist Retreat Day 

This year, in preparation to support the Year 4 children preparing for the Sacrament of Eucharist, the children will have the opportunity to participate in a day of reflection with a focus on developing a deeper understanding of the Sacrament of Eucharist.

We extend the invitation to all Year 4 students to participate in this retreat.  This will take place on Thursday August 1st at school.  The day will begin at 9.00am and conclude at 3.30pm.  The Year 4 children can wear casual clothes.

The Sacrament of Eucharist  - Our Eucharist candidates will be celebrating the Sacrament of Eucharist THIS Saturday the 3rd ofAugust at 6.00pm at St Fidelis' church.  We ask that all families are seated by 5.45pm.
