Swimming Carnival

On the 12th February, we participated in the swimming carnival for grade 3 to grade 6 students.  We did lots of races to see if we could make it into the district swim carnival.  It was lots of fun watching our friend compete.  We were only competing against ourselves.  We could do any race we wanted to do.  That was a little about the swimming carnival.   - Grade 6 Sports Captains.

District Swimming Carnival

On the 24th February, there was the district swimming carnival for the grade 3 to grade 6 students.  It was based on time and there were three heats, so even if you made it in your heat, it didn't mean you made it to the next level.   There were lossed and there were wins!  Lots of fun to see your friends cheering you on.  We competed against other local schools.  Also if you came 1st 2nd or 3rd within the time you got through to the next round.  That was a little about district swimming.  -  Grade 6 Sports Captains.
