Love thy Neighbour Food Drive
PVCC’s ‘Love thy Neighbour’ Food Drive took place this Friday with great success. It was an event that brought the community together to practically help those in need - like Jesus.
It was truly amazing to see how the College came together to fulfil this across Kinder, Primary and Secondary schools.
Thank you to everyone who brought food along and came alongside one another to make this positive impact to those in need in our local community.
Secondary House Athletics Carnival
A Fantastic Day of Competition and House Spirit
Last Friday’s Secondary Athletics Carnival was a wonderful celebration of sport, teamwork, and College spirit. With fine weather setting the tone for the day, students threw themselves into the full program of track and field events, creating a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere from start to finish.
Participation across all Houses was strong, with students cheering each other on, stepping outside their comfort zones, and giving their best effort in every event. The sense of camaraderie was unmistakable, and it was fantastic to see so many students involved throughout the day.
A special highlight was our Year 12 cohort, who embraced the tradition of dressing up in fun and creative costumes for their final Athletics Carnival. Their energy and good humour added an extra layer of colour and celebration to the event, and they were warmly received by students and staff alike.
After a full day of competition, Crichton House emerged as the overall winner, taking home the House Athletics shield for 2026. Congratulations to all Crichton students on a well‑earned victory.
Thank you to our staff, parent and student volunteers, and everyone who contributed to making the day such a success. It was a wonderful reminder of the strength of our community and the joy that comes from coming together in friendly competition.
