He demonstrates integrity by focusing on his own work and goals, rather than being distracted by what others are doing. 3	1MR	Kaiden R	Kaiden is an enthusiastic and kind member of 1MR. This week Kaiden has shown that he can effectively contribute to class discussions with his ideas. He has shown strengths in his persuasive writing by understanding and demonstrating there are two sides to an argument.

She has been working hard to develop her understanding of different strategies for subtraction and willingly asks for support when needed from her peers and teachers.
