He demonstrates integrity by focusing on his own work and goals, rather than being distracted by what others are doing. Murphy is a valuable member of 1WD, bringing thoughtfulness and kindness to our classroom every day. Murphy's willingness to help others and his kind-hearted nature make him a friend to everyone. 3	1MR	Kaiden R	Kaiden is an enthusiastic and kind member of 1MR. This week Kaiden has shown that he can effectively contribute to class discussions with his ideas. He has shown strengths in his persuasive writing by understanding and demonstrating there are two sides to an argument.

Tyler can recall his times tables with speed and accuracy and can draw on a wide array of strategies to solve number problems. Keep up your amazing efforts Tyler!

She has been working hard to develop her understanding of different strategies for subtraction and willingly asks for support when needed from her peers and teachers.
