The silly season can be a challenging time for many reasons- amongst the festivities, there can be overwhelming feelings of sadness and isolation. Once school finishes and the holidays begin, ensure to stay vigilant with healthy daily habits by getting plenty of sleep, eating a healthy, nourishing diet, drinking 2-3L water per day, connecting with nature, exercising, staying in touch with like-minded people, and doing things that make you FEEL good. If you and/or a loved one are struggling, please reach out for help. Help is always there; you're not alone. Have a safe and happy holiday season 🙂
