We need 250 more volunteers to make our market great!
The Spring Magic Market on Saturday 12 September is powered by our school community and is the biggest fundraising event on our school calendar.
With such a big event, it takes everyone to get involved. We warmly invite EVERY SCHOOL FAMILY to sign-up using the volunteer roster link: volunteersignup.org/MXYXW
Thank you to the 30+ volunteers who have already signed up - you are ACE!
Volunteer opportunities include;
- Pre-market: set up on Friday (11 Sep)
- Market Day: 2-hour shifts on stalls and various areas of the market (12 Sep)
- Post-market: pack down and tidy up on Sunday (13 Sep)
On market day, we are also calling for volunteers to set up and oversee one of the following stalls:
- Carnival games (games designed and operated by the senior students)
- Hot pies (pre-made pies from Ivan’s Pies)
There is nothing to make or create for these stalls. Signing up to ‘lead’ the stall just requires your time.

Donations for Silent and Art Auction
If you own a business, have a connection with a local business, have a unique item, or experience to donate to the Silent Auction - we would love to hear from you!
We're also grateful for recommendations of businesses that may be interested in supporting our school community as sponsors.

The Art Auction is a huge success every year. Donate your creative artworks such as paintings, drawings, sculpture, ceramics, photography, textiles, quilts and jewellery.
Artwork does not need to be framed. We ask that works on paper are submitted on good-quality paper and that all items are packaged carefully to help protect them.
When submitting your donation at the school office, please complete a donor form and include your contact details.

BNWPS Craft Stall at the Makers Market
The BNWPS Craft stall is part of the Makers Market, held in the OSHC multipurpose room.
If you would like to donate a handmade item, please add your name and details to the spreadsheet here. All donated items will be sold at the Craft Stall on the day.

Donate your pre-loved items
There is a vintage clothes market and second-hand book market selling donated goods to raise money for the school.
We would love your good quality donations of:
- Kids and adult clothing
- Books
Please donate only items in excellent pre-loved condition – no fast fashion or items with stains, holes, or excessive wear. Please note we are not accepting toys this year. Thank you for your generosity and support!
The donation drop-off point is inside the main school building (near Sprout entrance).
Buy wristbands for unlimited rides
Secure your wristbands to access unlimited rides at our early bird prices to skip the queues on the day. There are 5 mechanical and inflatable rides, plus an animal farm. Wristband prices are below.
Ages 5+ years wristband:
- $35 early bird price
- $25 concession
Little kids wristband:
- $5 each early bird price
