Plant and Produce Market: 21 AUGUST

BNWPS Plant & Produce Market – We Need Your Help!

Our much-loved Plant & Produce Market is on for Term 3! This mini market is run by BNWPS families for our school community, and every dollar raised goes directly back into supporting BNWPS.

Families donate home-grown plants, seedlings, herbs, garden produce, baked treats, preserves, crafts and handmade goodies, which are then sold after school. It's a fun, bustling set of stalls that kids and adults both love.

Location: Undercover areaTime: 3:30pm sharp — until sold out (and things often go quickly!)

How you can help

Donate something to sell

Seedlings, herbs, fruit or vegetables from the garden, baked goods, preserves, crafts, handmade items — anything homemade, home-grown or upcycled is welcome.

Donations can be dropped at the school office during the day or brought directly to the undercover area from 2:30pm on the day.

Volunteer to help run the market

 We need helpers to make the market happen! This might include:

• Set-up from 2:30pm (tables, displays, cash box, EFTPOS)
• Selling items and handling purchases
• Pack-down after the market (usually finished by 4:30pm)

Each market is supported by a rostered grade, and this time we’re inviting Families from Grades 3 and 4 to support the event!!! 

Of course, anyone from the community is very welcome to volunteer or donate.

Kids love being part of the fun too — most items cost around $3-$5, so sending them along with a few gold coins works well (card payments are also available).

Please note: the Community Events Team (CET) and Spring Magic Market (SMM) teams are separate planning committees. 

Spring Magic Market is a major BNWPS annual event, with more details to follow over the coming weeks.
