Updating Contact Details and Bus Travel Passes

Transport for NSW has asked schools to remind families of the importance of keeping student travel pass information and contact details up to date.

In recent weeks, there have been incidents involving students travelling on school bus services where Transport for NSW has needed to contact parents or carers, but the contact details provided were no longer current. Up-to-date information is essential to help ensure students can be safely assisted if they become unwell, miss a bus connection or require support while travelling.

Parents and carers are encouraged to check that their phone numbers, address details and school travel pass information are current with Transport for NSW.
