Principal's Update

 Dear Families,

As we come to the end of another wonderful week at school, I would like to sincerely thank all of our families and special visitors who joined us for our Mothers’/Special People Day Shared Lunch and Liturgy. It was truly beautiful to see so many people here celebrating together. The love, care and support that surrounds our children each day was so evident, and we are very grateful for the strong sense of community we share.

Congratulations to Archie, Ruby, Eden and Indie on representing our school so proudly at the Cross Country event. We wish Eden and Ruby all the very best as they progress to the next level in Warrnambool. What a fantastic achievement!

Thank you also to our families for your patience and understanding with the building works taking place this week. It has been amazing to see the work progressing so well, and the excitement around the improvements continues to grow.

We have nearly completed our Foundation 2027 school tours and have been delighted with the very positive feedback families have shared about our school community. Thank you to everyone who has helped showcase the wonderful learning and opportunities we provide for our students.

The children thoroughly enjoyed the Alpha Show this week, and it was especially wonderful to welcome one of the performers, our past student, Tom. I had the pleasure of teaching Tom in Prep and Grade 1 many years ago, so it was incredibly special to see him returning to inspire our students and follow his dreams. It is always rewarding to watch our children grow and pursue their passions.

We are currently seeking additional members to join our School Advisory Council. If you are interested in being involved, please contact the office for more information. Your support and input are always greatly valued.

A big thank you to Josh Koenig, his team of helpers, and the many families who have generously donated items for our upcoming Bunnings BBQ on May 30. We appreciate your support and encourage everyone to head down, buy a sausage, and spread the word to family and friends as well!
