Year 12 Charity Day

🚨 YEAR 12 CHARITY DAY – GLEN INNES HIGH LOCKDOWN! 🚨 👮‍♀️🔒

In a nod to a little piece of local history, Glen Innes High School was transformed back into a prison for the day as our Year 12 students swapped their uniforms for prison stripes to celebrate their final Charity Day! 😂

While they may have been dressed as prisoners, they certainly took no prisoners! Staff and students had to watch their backs as water balloons flew, challenges were completed and some very interesting milkshake cocktails were consumed! 🤢🥤

The day finished on a special note as the whole school came together to watch a slideshow celebrating Year 12's time at Glen Innes High School — from their early high school days through to the incredible young people they are today. ❤️

Our Year 12 students were then given a whole-school clap-out, with students and staff lining the way to celebrate them as they finished this chapter of their schooling. 👏🎓

There were plenty of laughs, a few wet staff members and lots of memories made along the way.

To our Year 12 students — we are incredibly proud of you and wish you all the very best as you head into their HSC examinations and whatever comes next.
