• 2026 Classroom Parent Helper Program

At Ballarat Primary School (Dana Street), we value the involvement and commitment of our community to enrich the learning and school experience for all students. Each year, we facilitate an opportunity for parents and carers to express their interest and become certified as a Classroom Parent Helper, which enables you to volunteer within the classrooms.

This year, the Classroom Parent Helper Course will be held on Wednesday 25th March at 2:30pm - 3:30pm in the Library. This course is required for anyone wishing to volunteer within the classroom throughout the school year. 

If you have previously attended the Classroom Parent Helper Course and are already certified, you will not have to repeat this training.

• Tuesday 31 March- School Photo Day (See MSP Photo Day page for more information)
• Wednesday 1 April- Haymes Paint Excursion- selected Grade 3/4 Students
• Wednesday 1 April- Division Athletics- selected Students Grade 4-6

Reminder that all excursions/incursion require permission and/or payment 2 days prior to event

(If you are wanting to pay via CSEF, School Credit or SSB- click on this preference and then submit. No further action is required from you. Please note these payments can take up to 7 days to process.)
