Principal's Page: New Building Tour

Sneak Peak Inside the Building: Come on a tour.
Stop Press: The building is ours as of 5:25pm this afternoon! Our classes and office will be operating from the building on Wednesday.
The staff had a rich experience with an RE retreat day. We heard from staff about their faith, but also a moving session with Fr Joby about his experiences. We focused on St Francis and a great opportunity to explore how creation informs faith.
Save the Date: Thursday 12th of November
Kaboom Sports Day and Parents Tour of the new building. We will be holding a big sports fun day for the students followed by a BBQ Lunch on the 12th of November. We would love to see our families come along and watch your students have a great time, but also come for a closer look at our new building.
Social Media and Kids Messenger: There is a lot of communication happening on social media with students, some of it not positive. I recommend all families to lean in with curiosity to find out how your child is using it. Don't act with anger if you notice, rather bring in the human element. Then together, focus on some boundaries. I have been so proud of some of our students sending me messages on weekends asking for help. I am here for them. I cant stop it, but I will always be there for them.
Netball:
Some of our students have started playing netball on Monday evenings. This is amazing for kids and wonderful that students meet knew friends, but also have new mentors and are doing things better for them than devices.
Tennis:
Thanks to Tennis Australia, this has been an amazing proigram for our Year 2-6's. Our 4-6s will visit Frankston Tennis Clus to play on real courts Monday the 9th. Permission slips on Nforma.
A Prayer For Pope Leo
It is just over a year since I had the privilege of praying Evening Vespers with Pope Leo XIV. It was sad to hear of his ill health, but hopefully, under God's care, he will make a full recovery. I invite you to pray this prayer for him.
Let us pray for Leo XIV, our Pope.
May the Lord preserve him, and give him life, and make him blessed upon the earth, and deliver him not up to the will of his enemies.
O God, shepherd and ruler of all the faithful, look favorably on your servant Leo XIV, whom you have set at the head of your Church as her shepherd; grant, we pray, that by word and example he may be of service to those over whom he presides so that, together with the flock entrusted to his care, he may come to everlasting life.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
