INFORMATION REGARDING SUBECTS FOR CURRENT YEAR 8 STUDENTS (GOING TO YEAR 9 IN 2027)

2027 Subject Selection for current Year 8 students

Dear Year 8 Students, Parents and Carers,

Planning for 2027 is well underway. Part of this process involves our current Year 8 students selecting their Year 9 subjects. To support our students and families with this process we will be running a ‘Subject Selection’ information evening early next term. The details for this event are as follows:

Date: Wednesday 5 August

Time: 5:30-6:15pm

Location: HOPE Centre, Heathmont College

During this session we will outline the subjects on offer for Year 9 students in 2027 and how they can select their preferences. Descriptions of the subjects are available for you to read in our online handbook.
