Ms Brea Terris

Dear Families,
Welcome back to Term 3. I hope that everyone had a lovely holiday break.
Congratulations to our Prep/Foundation students who marked 100 days at school last Friday. The students looked fantastic in their outfits and had a great day celebrating this milestone.
Thank you to all of our families who attended Student, Parent, Teacher chats. It is great to have these chats at the beginning of term to support setting goals for you child in Semester Two.
Parking
This morning, we have a had a visit from Swan Hill Rural City Council and they have requested parents do not do a U-Turn in front of or near the school crossings.
Police have been contacted in relation to this and will be doing regular patrols.
I appreciate that it is challenging to park at the moment, but I appreciates everyone's support in ensuring they are driving safely around the school to make sure our student remain safe.
We are asking all families to please keep the bus bays clear.
Building Update
It has been great to return from holidays to see our building project underway. This is very exciting for our community. There will be lots of changes over the coming weeks, but I will keep the community up to date as they happen.
I appreciate everyone's support with entering and exiting at the new main entrance to the school on Murlong Street.
To help ease congestion and ensure everyone's safety, we kindly encourage all families to use the designated school crossing when arriving and leaving. We understand this area can become quite busy, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping our school community safe.
2026 Enrolments
We are really excited to be accepting so many enrolments for 2026.
If you know of any families who would like a tour of the school, please encourage them to contact the office.
Uniform
Please ensure students are in full school uniform. It is important that students have a school jumper on and not a casual jumper. We have spare jumpers at the office if students need them.
Students will be asked to take beanies and coats off inside so they can stay warm outside.
Duty of Care
Families are reminded that teachers are on duty before school from 8.30am-8.50am and after school from 3.20pm until 3.30pm. Children should not be unattended in the school grounds before or after these times. Thank you for your support and co-operation with this.
Have a lovely weekend.
Kind Regards
Brea
