Sapsasa Track and Field State Championships

We are proud to recognise Zachary R and William K, who represented our district at the Sapsasa Track and Field State Championships held on Thursday 3rd September at the SA Athletics Stadium.

Both boys earned selection to the state championships following their outstanding performances at our district carnival. Zachary competed in the 1500m event in the 12-year-old boys division, while William represented our district in the 800m event in the 10-year-old boys division.

Competing against some of the best young athletes from across South Australia is a significant achievement, and both boys demonstrated dedication, perseverance and excellent sportsmanship throughout the carnivals.

Results

Zachary: 7th place in the 12-year-old boys 1500m
William: 6th place in the 10-year-old boys 800m

Congratulations to Zachary and William on their fantastic achievements. We are very proud of the way they represented our school and district, and we commend them for their outstanding efforts at the state championships.

Parents and Friends in 2026

As we are at the end of Term 3, it is time to start thinking about Parents and Friends in 2027! If you are interested in being a Class Liaison next year, we would love to hear from you. If you have any questions about the role, please speak to your current liaison or to Dee Footman.

Father's Day Stall

We would like to thank our Year 2 parents for giving students the opportunity to purchase gifts at our Father's Day stall. Thank you to our Class Liaisons, Laura, Cindy and Gerard, for coordinating the stall. Thank you to Megan, Erin and Logan for your help with wrapping the gifts. Also, thanks to Bron, Leah, Megan, Michelle, Erin, Anna and Trish for helping on the day.

Second Hand Uniform

School holidays are a great opportunity to have a quick sort through your child’s cupboards and check they have all the uniform items they’ll need for next term - and, importantly, that they still fit!

If you have any good-quality uniform items that your child has outgrown or no longer needs, why not give them a second life? These items can be sold through our Second Hand Uniform Shop, with you receiving a percentage of the sale.

Items can simply be dropped off at the Front Office. Thank you for helping support our school community and giving our pre-loved uniforms a new home!
